Buffalo Wild Wings in Orlando

The server was very nice and hospitable. Awesome and excellent service. I stay in Dallas Texas and when I come back to Orlando Florida I will definitely come back.

Walked in and seated pretty quick. Once seated and given our menus, little did we know that this was as far as it goes for service. We sat there for 18 minutes. I am looking and see several waitresses and what appeared to be a manager. All looking at us and everyone else with their arms crossed. Just chillin. I felt as if they were taking bets as to how long we would sit there. Well answer is 19 minutes. We walked right past them. They were polite enough to tell us to have a good night. Yep. Seriously.

No one available to seat me. Workers all walking past to let me know someone would come to help me, but no one came. There was only one other table seated and ~5 people working the floor.

Great food and service. Following all covid19 protocols. Would recommend highly.

Worst service ever!! I just called to place my to go order this guy I did not ask his name, told me I cannot place order over the phone I would have to come in so I was going to leave my house, I had bogo promo code for take out buy one get one free wings he said he cannot apply that coupon in take out you would have to place order online for that. It was 9:47 the store closes at 10 then I told him I am own my way to come place the order, half way I get to the store he said unfortunately we close in 3 mins it was 9:50 he told me that. Anyways I ended up hanging up the phone. Worst customer service. I would not recommend this store at all. I been going to Buffalo Wild Wings half of my life almost 15 years now. I am truly fan of this place even though they have made lots of changes in the menu. I request the store manager or manager to please stick to proper store hours and train your staff well.

Terrible service from Ingrid.Never got silverware, napkins or anything else we needed. Our waters were empty the entire time and the bartender had to run my drink to me before it meltedShe never checked back up on us until we were ready for the check.We had to ask the hostess (very sweet lady with colored hair) for everything we needed.I am a gracious bartender myself but I ended up tipping the hostess instead because I could see Ingrid on her phone while we were sitting without the things we needed. This location needs to retrain.

Should be able to post 0 stars. According to previous reviews this store needs new management. I ordered online and they got the order wrong. When I called to see if they would correct it I was transferred to the rude manager named Rose. Rose was very unhelpful. Had the nerve to put me on hold to check the system for an error then she came back and had the nerve to say that must be how we ordered it because the system is working fine. All the staff should be terminated and new management brought in immediately. But from seeing how far back the bad reviews go BWW doesn't care much about customer satisfaction.

Go see Hillary at the bar! She's great. I had the classic burger, and the food came quick, fast, and in a hurry. I was surprised at how great the fries tasted. Definitely seek out Buffalo Wild Wings. Enjoy!

Great place to watch a sporting event and great location on International Drive. The beer was very good. The wings and other food are good. The service is slow.

Amazing customer service. We got our order wrong, had to talk to manager but he was very responsible and fair about figuring this problem out. All the more I really love their honey bbq wings

Little close parking. Do not park at pizza hut you will be towed. Great service. They will crisp up the wing extra crispy if u ask. Large bar. Good location.

This is my favorite Buffalo Wild Wings location outside of 47 Street New York. The staff here are ridiculously friendly and welcoming and the food is always well cooked and well presented. Even when there is a busy sporting event on there is plenty of space to get decent food and drinks in a very timely manner. I have been here many many times and have never been disappointed once. I guarantee that you will not be either

The food was good, but the service was not great. We asked for a check and a box and they didn’t give it to us for more than 30 minutes. I would not go there again because they waste your time and money.

They messed up ordered fixed it, everything was perfect. Things happen

The manager who I spoke with tonight turned a frustrating situation around and showed she actually cared about a poor situation. I placed an order online for a pick up time later on. I arrived at that pickup time and text the phone number they had posted. However after no response I tried again, still nothing. So I called and was told my food would be out right away. Anyway, I sat there for about 25 mins waiting for my food to come out, meanwhile 3 other to go customers walked in to the location and walked out with their food no problem. I ended up calling a third and final time to cancel my order and spoke with a female manager who was super apologetic, and showed genuine empathy. I asked for my order to be canceled as I was done waiting and being mislead and without going into detail about what happen, let’s just say she was wonderful and how she handled and approached the whole situation makes me wanna give them another chance. Thank you!

I absolutely love the food, but the service on pickup has been pretty terrible they need to fix their online ordering to take into account how busy they are in the restaurant.

Quick service with good food. Always an offer on so doesnt cost a bomb. Would definitely go back.

Got the food wrong noticed when I got home..... They gave me a 20 dollar credit bit it's not really about the money :/Food wise like any other one ... Not my favs but the wifey loves it

We were told our order would be ready 20 past the hour, and at 40 after it STILL wasn't ready. When we asked the woman if our order was still in progress, the woman gave us attitude. We grabbed our food and left. Once my husband opened his box, it wasn't even remotely the right order. We turned back around went inside, and the problem was resolved almost immediately. But absolute terrible service and slow prior. Would not recommend this location on International Drive!

Service was a little slow but not bad. The wings made up for that as they were excellent.

I tried contacting their website first for help with our order...however no one contacted me back. We ordered the family pack and one of our wings were barely sauced. Then the fried pickles were soggy not crispy at all, just soaked in oil. The fries with the family pack were rock hard and ice cold. Then with the family pack you are given a choice of accompaniments. However clearly no one paid any attention since we only received a single order of carrots/celery and one blue cheese ( for 40 wings) when we had asked for ranch as well. Honestly the saving grace were the cheese curds, they were at least hot and clearly cooked fresh.

Great food, great Staff, great drinks. We had a good time here.

We were really happy with our meal and sever. Everything went nice and smooth. Plenty of booth seating.

Super super love the giant pretzel, it's soooo gooooddd!!! Also the cheesecake bites are super recommended!

I happened to stop in at this Buffalo Wild Wings location for a birthday dinner and I received exceptional service from a server name Christina. She was very pleasant from the start. Got us started with our drinks very promptly. Everything came out correct and she gave us great recommendations for our appetizers and dinner entrees. She made us feel at home and had plenty of jokes to go along with her beautiful smile. I highly recommend requesting her if you happen to pick this restaurant for an outing. She's the girl with colored hair. I'll definitely be stopping in again. I give her a 5 out 5 stars.

If your cashier wasnt so focused on my husband maybe she would of got my order correct. I hope Maryelin liked what she saw.

Pretty bad. Place was maybe 30% occupied at dinner time and our waiter had 2-3 tables but he was totally inattentive. Drinks were slow and chicken tenders were dry and not seasoned or sauced. Apparently for strips the sauce and seasoning is served on the side. Fries were cold - don't recommend this place at all.

Seated promptly even though somewhat crowded.Very dark inside but we assumed it was to be able to see all of the large TVs everywhere...pretty good!Menu had options for those who don't eat wings. Fries were good. Boneless wings were good.Service at the table was not so good. Nice guy but he was not attentive and got my order wrong.

I got 30 boneless wings in the 5 hottest sauces on the menu and didn't regret that decision the next day. What an amazing meal!

LOVED IT HERE! Boyfriend and I came, in Monday, got seated fast. Waiter joe i think, was nice and friendly, highly recommend him! The GM came and talked to us , we felt like it was a friendly and great environment over all ! Will come again!!

No Point ordering online if they cannot prepare the food in time for customers to pickup.

This location has the bartender serving bar patrons and tables at the same time. We were the first party in the entire building, yet all the bar patrons were over there getting refill after refill. The service manager then comes over and rushed us to place our food order. Says “I have to get the food cooking”.... we asked the bartender what took so long to get us our drinks that were sitting on the counter , she says she is the only one serving tables. I just as writing this review watched a party of 5 get up and leave the table. They came up to us and said they haven’t even taken our order yet.... long story short, hire more people ; or close!! You’re doing your customers an injustice and wasting their time if you don’t.

The food was great but our server was VERY disorganized and seemed very overwhelmed. We got our alcoholic drinks, and our company waited 10 minutes on waters. Food was great! Manager was very nice.

Nice food, great atmosphere. Was in Orlando for 10 days and went 3 times for dinner as we enjoyed it. Wings were tasty (on the bone!), the enchiladas were great and good beer.

The wings were great. The staff was friendly but very unorganized. Plenty of seats open but it took them 30 minutes to seat us and another party. We were even told she knew there was seating but the kitchen was really backed up.

The people were very kind and friendly. All of our orders were made correctly and they tasted wonderful. The waitress was amazing. She suggested lots of great things and we even had a great conversation with her.

This was my first time eating at Buffalo Wild Wings. The staff was friendly. Food was good, the place was clean but the fries were cold. Burgers and fries is my favorite food. Cold fries diminishes the experience. The burger itself was good My wife kids had the tacos which was suprisely pretty good. Would I go again? Maybe.

This place is always a fun go to! The food was wonderful. The staff was awesome. Never a dissapointment coming here. Love it!

Came in for the ufc fight. Im by myself. There were no seats available so a couple sitting at a big table (6 top) at the bar said I could join them. I was literally on the other end of the table. Management said he could not serve me and I had to get my own table and to go see a host. Come on man. Im in the restaurant business I get it but atleast you can acomidate me. Im 1 person. Oh well, I'm at Duffys. I'll give them my money instead.

Ordered online at 110 pm was supposed to ready at 130 pm but wasn't ready till 200pm. I ordered 15 med wings and 15 buffalo and when got home to eat them they were all plain no sauce at all on them I did have two little sides of some kind of sauce which was good. I ended up making my own sauce. The lady behind the counter was very nice and polite. She said they were busy which was the reason they were running behind on the orders. The order was for Bill

There was two tables of people in the restaurant and there was six of us the manager told me there was a 10 min wait. We waited 10 mins and asked them again for a table the manager then gives us the excuse that there are people in front of us. But there was nobody in the parking lot and only two tables with people. At this point it seems like a racial issues and they did not want to seat us. Bad customer service.

The food was under cooked. Me and a buddy got the same Exact meal and his came out with a sauce we didn’t order and mine didn’t even come with it a sauce. They charged me for cheese fries and didn’t give me cheese fries. On a work lunch I don’t have time to come back to “receive my forgotten order of food” so I asked what else they could do for me and they rushed me off the phone and said no... terrible service when they mess up.

I lost all excitement getting my food once I saw 4 out of 5 employees wearing masks incorrectly. One man in the kitchen had his mask pulled down completely while he was preparing food, it was under his chin completely off of his mouth the entire time. The others had there's on, but they were constantly touching them without washing hands AND the mask wasn't covering their noses. Please wear your masks correctly, and please wash your hands or use sanitizer when you touch other things.. I was only in there for just a few moments and I witnessed all of these things. It's very frustrating because I barely leave my house during all of this and it scares me to think I could contract the virus with just a simple Togo food run. This state is in danger because of all the insane amounts of cases coming up daily, we should be more strict if anything during these times. I blame the management for not correcting this bad behavior. I will go to another location from now on. Thanks.
